Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been shown to be an effective treatment for the following:

01

Individual Therapy

Psychotherapy revisits an individual's past to explore the possibility of current behaviors being linked to past experiences in order to find healing.

04

Life Coaching

02

Couples therapy helps partners develop healthy ways to resolve conflicts, find compassion, nurture each other, and meet each others needs. The goal is to provide an unbiased and supportive environment where couples can feel more comfortable sharing authentically and building emotional intimacy.

Supervision Towards Licensure

 Adolescent Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which a small group meets on a common problem to utilize personal interaction to describe and discuss shared experiences to help individuals process and cope.

Coaching differs from psychotherapy in that is focuses more on the present and future and not so much the past. Some time will be spent exploring the events and challenges from your past, but the process will not linger there for much time. The lessons from your past will be applied to ways you can make positive changes in your life moving forward.

Clinical supervision is a service offered to graduate-level counselors preparing to enter into the field of professional counseling. It is an opportunity for professional development wherein the supervisee's clinical work is reviewed and reflected upon, with the aims of improving the supervisee's work with clients and ensuring client welfare.
